Monthly RV Stay

Monthly rates available at $999/month + electricity RV’s older than 10 years must be approved by management. All RV’s must have sewer hook-up, water heater hose, and surge protectors. Background check required with credit score above 650. Utility deposit of $150 at initial payment required. Not valid for Memorial Day weekend. Monthly rates ARE NOT available through Peak Season (May-Sept).
