Can we book all 30 cabins exclusively for our group?
Yes, subject to availability. Reach out through our inquiry form and we’ll let you know what’s available for your dates.
Is catering available for group events?
Catering is available and we’re happy to help coordinate it for your event. We work with trusted outside caterers to make sure your group is well taken care of. Just let us know your event details and we’ll handle the connection.
What is the minimum group size?
Group bookings start at 4 units, whether that’s 4 cabins, 4 RV sites, or a mix of both. We’ll help you find the right configuration for your group!
Are pets allowed at group events?
Yes, pets are encouraged at Village Camp Truckee! We have select pet-friendly cabins available, and our dog park gives your four-legged guests their own space to enjoy the trip. Please note that pets are not permitted inside the Clubhouse during events.
What is the cancellation policy for group bookings?
Group bookings cancelled 30 or more days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. We recommend reaching out as early as possible if your plans change so we can work with you on the best path forward.
