Cabins are available starting May 1st with a 2-month minimum stay. Availability is limited to 5 cabins — the earlier you inquire, the more flexibility you’ll have on dates and length of stay.
What is the minimum lease at Village Camp Truckee?
The minimum lease is 2 months. Stays of 3 months or the full summer season receive better monthly rates.

Are the cabins pet friendly?
Yes, all cabins welcome up to 2 pets. A one-time cleaning fee of $250 per pet applies at the end of your stay.

Do I need a car to stay in Truckee?
A car is recommended for exploring the wider Tahoe region. Downtown Truckee and many trails are easily walkable or bikeable from Village Camp.
Will I have to pay for utilities?
All utilities are included in the monthly price!
What is the max length of stay?
6 months. Long enough to soak up every alpine sunset, lake day, and trail run the Sierras have to offer.
Is there a deposit and is it refundable?
We take a $500 deposit, and yes, it’s fully refundable.Â
What is the down payment for my long-term lease?
$500 down payment to secure your spot. This is refundable 30 days prior arrival, less cancelation fee $25.
