Please Note: Extended Stay reservations require all occupants over the age of 18 to pass a criminal background check. A $1000 deposit is due at the time of booking. This $1000 deposit will be taken off your 1 st month’s rent upon arrival. Cancellations will receive no refund. Upon arrival, a separate, $150 deposit will be collected and is eligible for a refund less your final month’s electricity, and assuming the site is left in good condition.
