We provide a turnkey experience at Village Camp Flagstaff. All Adventure Cabins are fully stocked with all linens, toiletries, pots, pans, etc. You will only need to bring your food, beverages, and adventurous spirit!
We do not offer long-term rentals in our adventure cabins, but we do sell Adventure Cabins that owners may use for up to 6 months out of the year. Ask us about Cabin Ownership!
Yes! Every cabin at Village Camp Flagstaff is dog friendly. There’s a small pet fee per stay, and we ask that dogs stay leashed in shared spaces like the event lawn and trails.
We do allow guests to select the exact cabin that they would like, however, we do not guarantee this unless a “Lock” fee is paid, at which point, you will not be moved unless there are extenuating circumstances.
We do not offer daily housekeeping or turn down service. For stays greater than 7 nights, you may request a mid-stay housekeeping service through our front desk agents.
We allow only RVIA certified RVs that are 10 years or newer. RVs allowed include Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, Class B and C Motorhomes. RVs older than 10 years require photos to be sent in for manager approval.
We do allow guests to select the exact site they want; however, we reserve the right to adjust site numbers unless the guest elects to pay a “lock site fee” of $50 which guarantees your site of choice.
We’ve worked diligently to have the train not blow the horn, so you can get a great night’s rest! If you are sensitive to noise, we also have ear plugs available at the front desk.
7 Days notice will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 + tax processing fee. Cabin reservations cancelling with in the 7 day window will lose their deposit. All holiday booking reservations are final, no refunds will be issued for Holiday weekends.
