Village Camp Flagstaff - Community Fundraiser Partnerships

Bring your community to Northern Arizona
We partner with Phoenix-area schools to support your auctions, galas, and booster events with a donation of a 2-night stay in an Adventure Cabin at Village Camp Flagstaff. Families have a chance to win a memorable mountain escape just a short drive from the Valley!

What we donate

  • Two nights in an Adventure Cabin at Village Camp Flagstaff.
    • Sleeps up to 4–6 guests.
    • Modern amenities: Clubhouse, hot tub, event lawn, amphitheater, and on-property trails.
    • Minutes to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and endless outdoor adventures.

Major holiday blackout dates and availability restrictions apply. Certificate valid for 12 months from issue.

How it works

  1. Submit your request with event name, date, and 501(c)(3) or school details.
  2. Receive the prize kit: digital certificate, display card, and images.
  3. Winner redeems directly with our team by emailing jabbott@villagecamp.com

Who is eligible

  1. K–12 public, charter, and private schools in the Greater Phoenix area.
  2. PTAs, PTOs, booster clubs, foundations, and school-sponsored fundraisers.

Request Timeline

Please submit requests 3–4 weeks before your event so we can prepare materials and confirm dates.

Is the prize for weekdays or weekends?

Both are possible, subject to availability and major holiday blackout periods.

The certificate covers the standard taxes and fees apply at booking. Just come and enjoy!

Yes, it’s encouraged!. We can provide a printable gift certificate card, promotion email template, high quality images, and/or flyers.
